INNOVATION

Up and coming methods, new innovations in equipment, unique ideas, and new technology presentations are encouraged.

FORMATS

Session formats that encourage attendee engagement, and adhere to adult learning styles are given preference in the scheduling.

SESSION Formats

APCNDT 2026 will offer a number of different presentation styles allowing attendees to choose the format, content, and methods that suit their learning style. Session types include:


  • Technical Presentation:  Technical presentation/paper submissions are encouraged to concentrate on application-based topics, new and unique methods for applying NDT technology, and new technological advances. Applied knowledge is preferred over theoretical presentations. Presentation time: 30-minutes.
      
  • Panels: Panels are comprised of one moderator and 3-4 panelists discussing a relevant topics.  Panel proposals are encouraged for any topic where a diverse set of opinions would add to the conversation. Topics may include codes and standards, workforce development, and other issues affecting the worldwide NDT profession.

  • Industry Presentations: Technical sessions where organizations share their latest innovations, research, or solutions related to NDT. These presentations focus on practical applications and real-world case studies, often highlighting how a specific technology or approach addresses current industry challenges. They serve as a platform for companies to showcase their expertise, reveal insights from their ongoing projects, and demonstrate the impact of their work on advancing NDT practices.
